David Madigan is the President and CEO of Arvest Bank, Southwest Oklahoma, which includes Lawton, Elgin, Chickasha, Duncan, and Walters.
He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa. Madigan graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Business Administration. His profession in banking and finance began in 1990 and has continued for over 30 years. In 1990 he worked at former Citizens Bank of Lawton as a business development/marketing officer. In late 1996 he was named President of the banks’ Norman, OK market. He joined Arvest Bank in October of 1998.
Madigan currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Lawton Economic Development Authority (LEDA); Trustee for the McMahon Foundation, Current Member, and past Chairman of the Lawton-Fort Sill Regional Airport Authority; Member of the Cameron University Foundation and Chair of the Finance & Investment Committee, Trustee for the Lawton Community Foundation, Board Member for Comanche County Memorial Hospital Foundation and serves on the board of Catholic Charities of Oklahoma. Additionally, Madigan is an active member on numerous committees for Arvest Bank, a $24 billion company, to include Associate Compensation. Madigan has served as Chairman of the Lawton – Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce & Industry; President of the Lawton Public Schools Foundation; President of the United Way of Lawton/Fort Sill; Partner Member Chairman for the Armed Services YMCA; President, Lawton Country Club; Treasurer, Crosby Park PTA; Capital Campaign Volunteer, YMCA; President and Treasurer of the Association of the United States Army, Lawton-Fort Sill Chapter.
Madigan is married to Lisa Bayouth Madigan formerly of Tulsa, OK. They have three children, McKenzie; David III and Katherine.
