Dr. Krista Ratliff is a native Oklahoman, born in Lawton, Oklahoma. She is a results-oriented leader with 20+ years of in-depth experience in operations, management, strategic planning, profit and loss responsibility, team building, and cost-saving initiatives.
Krista not only has great leadership experience, but she also has a diverse operational background. In a prior role, Krista was a Vice President in a 3.8-billion-dollar National healthcare system.
She has been known to lead the way with innovative leadership techniques to increase productivity by over 40% while increasing employee engagement by 21% and leading a record-breaking national employee giving campaign for one of the largest healthcare systems in the United States. She did this by bringing multiple groups of people to the table and focusing on collaboration within the community.
Krista has served or still serves on the Children’s Miracle Network Board, MERIT Baltimore Johns Hopkins Board of directors as Vice-Chair, Community Foundation of Howard County Board Of Directors, YWCA Board, CCBC Advisory Board, Hospice of the Chesapeake, United Way board member, Comanche County teen court, Comanche County Airport Authority, Comanche County Sports Authority, Transportation Technical Board Member for Comanche County, AIM Lawton Board Member, Lawton Public Schools Foundation Board Member, Lawton Economic Development Board Member, Oklahoma Travel & Recreation board member, City of Lawton Strategic Planning Chairperson, Community Revitalization Chairperson, and Holiday in the Park Board Chairperson. She is also a Gilchrist Hospice salute to service ambassador, Military Child Education Coalition Sponsor, and has served as a brigade Family Readiness Group Leader through a deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Krista received her undergraduate from Midwestern State University, her master’s in human resources from the University of Oklahoma and holds a Doctorate in Business and Finance. Krista is Board certified in Radiology, CAT Scan, and Project Management certified and holds medical licenses in multiple states. Dr. Ratliff is a Certified Information Security Administrator, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Ethical Hacker, and also services as Facility Security Officer.
She has received numerous awards and recognitions including Integris Health Caring Employee of the Month, Recipient of Reynolds Army Community Hospital STAR employee of the month, Excellence in Customer Service Award, and the El Paso Children’s Hospital Heart Team Building Award.
She is a recipient of the National Artillery Order of Molly Pitcher Award, recipient of the 12:10 to the Top Award, Jerry Orr Character Counts award winner, Fort Sill Hall of Fame- Frontier Friends Inductee, and Executive of the year in Oklahoma. Dr. Ratliff is a current member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Registry, or Radiologic Technologist, and a Member of the Project Management Institute. In May of 2022, Dr. Ratliff was appointed by Governor Stitt to be the Tourism Commissioner for the State of Oklahoma.
Krista and her husband, John, enjoy travel and being active in the community. In their spare time, they coach their Three boys football, soccer, and swim teams.
