Danielle A. Blackburn was born and raised in Comanche County and finds great pleasure in serving her community. She is a proud graduate of Cameron University and former PLUS Scholar, earning a Bachelors in Accounting and an Associates in Business Administration in 2012.
Ms. Blackburn began her professional career at Hatch, Croke and Associates, P.C. in 2013 where she continues to practice today. She earned her Certified Public Accounting license in December of 2016. Her responsibilities include preparing personal and corporate tax returns, compiling corporate, partnership, and nonprofit financial statements, and assisting clients with payroll and bookkeeping.
In 2017 she became a member of Leadership Lawton Fort Sill Class XXVIII and began serving on the Lawton Business Women board of directors. In April of 2020 she was named Lawton Business Women Business Woman of the Year. Later in 2020 she assumed the position of President of the organization serving two terms. She continues to serve LBW today as Past President. She was appointed to the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women of Lawton in December 2020 where she currently serves as Parliamentarian. In April of 2021 she was presented with the Community Impact Award by Leadership Lawton Fort Sill. In May 2022 she was appointed as assistant treasurer of the FISTA Development Trust Authority.
Danielle is a member of First Baptist Church of Lawton. She enjoys cooking, hiking in the refuge, and reading.
