Scott Chance currently works as the Southwest Field Representative for Congressman Tom Cole. In this capacity, Scott covers the southwest counties of Comanche, Cotton, Grady, Jefferson, McClain, Stephens, and Tillman for Congressman Cole, working as the eyes and ears for the local communities and the congressional office. In addition to his work duties, Scott also serves as an Ex Officio member of the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce. Prior to his position with Congressman Cole, Scott served as Campaign Manager for statewide office holders such as current Lieutenant Governor Matt Pinnell and former Insurance Commissioner John Doak.
Scott is a 12:10 to the Top nominee by the Southwest Ledger newspaper, highlighting top young professionals making a difference in Southwest Oklahoma, an Oklahoma Next Gen Under 30 award winner, and graduate of the Leadership Exchange Academy that focuses on preparing Oklahoma’s leaders to solve current and future public policy problems. Scott obtained degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma respectively.
Scott has been privileged to call Lawton home for the last two years and attends Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
