Seth Hall joined the FISTA in October 2023, through the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, which allows service members to gain civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships.
While on active duty, he served 24 years as a Field Artilleryman at duty stations including Ft. Sill, Joint Base Lewis-McCord, Ft. Leavenworth, Camp Casey, Cameron University, and the United States Military Academy. He has deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Seth earned his BA in Public Administration from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998 and holds a Master of Arts Degree from Columbia University where he studies Organizational Psychology and Leader Development, graduating in 2010.
The proud father of three and Pop-Pop to one, Seth lives outside of Elgin with two dogs, two goats, and a duck named Chuck. He attends Dayspring Church and enjoys traveling to obscure places near and far; he hasn’t been everywhere yet, but it’s on his list.
