Christopher Dickerson
Christopher Dickerson is the Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships Manager at the Fires Innovation Science and Technology Accelerator (FISTA) in Lawton/Fort Sill, Oklahoma, where he leads business development and partnership efforts to connect defense innovators with the U.S. Army’s Fires community. A retired U.S. Army Warrant Officer with 25 years of service, he brings deep expertise in leadership, modernization, and organizational development.
Christopher holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is also an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., where he continues his commitment to service, mentorship, and community impact.
Beyond his professional role, Christopher is passionate about family, youth development, and community engagement. He enjoys coaching young athletes, cooking, playing basketball, and competing in bowling — a pastime he actively pursues through leagues and tournaments.
With his military background, academic foundation, and personal dedication to service, Christopher is focused on driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and advancing opportunities that strengthen both national defense and local communities.
