Bill Pearson

After 25 years in the Army — from regular units to Special Operations and finishing as the Garrison Command Sergeant Major at Fort Sill — Bill has stepped into his next mission as Director of Operations at FISTA Innovation Park. He brings the same focus, discipline, and “get it done” energy that carried him through his military career to supporting innovation and growth in Southwest Oklahoma.

Education has always been part of his toolkit. He earned a Bachelor’s in Leadership and Workforce Development from the Command and General Staff College and a Master of Arts in Global Security from Arizona State University. Never one to sit still, he’s also starting his MBA this fall.

Outside of work, Bill is all about balance — married with two teenage daughters, he spends his time outdoors, volunteering across the Lawton–Fort Sill community, and geeking out over the latest tech. He’s also involved with Wear Blue: Run to Remember, honoring those who’ve served and sacrificed.
