Notice is hereby given that FISTA Development Trust Authority, P.O. Box 2883, Lawton, OK 73502, hereinafter called the FISTA Trust, is soliciting and will receive individual proposals for construction services for construction of the new FISTA Youth & Sciences Institute at Central Plaza, 200 SW “C” Ave., Lawton, OK, with the receipt of proposals by 1:00 p.m., on Thursday January 29, 2026 in the office of Tradesman Architectural Studios located at 500 N Broadway Avenue Suite 100 Oklahoma City, 73102.

Anticipated date of interviews will be held on February 2nd, 2026, in the FISTA at Central Plaza, located at 428 SW “C” Ave., Lawton, OK 73501.
