Governor Stitt Visits FISTA During Final 77-County Tour

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt visited FISTA Innovation Park on August 7 as part of his final 77-county tour, meeting with community leaders and touring the growing defense innovation and technology campus.

During his visit, Governor Stitt discussed economic development, state investment, and the continued growth of Lawton–Fort Sill. He also recognized the partnerships and vision that have helped transform FISTA into a growing hub for defense innovation, technology, and economic development.

The Governor pointed to Lawton and FISTA as examples of how collaboration and strategic investment can create new opportunities for Oklahoma’s communities and strengthen the state’s defense industry.
