About The FISTA Foundation STEM Scholarship

The FISTA Foundation, an integral initiative of FISTA Innovation Park, stands as a symbol of progress and possibility in Southwest Oklahoma. Our mission is rooted in the belief that education, innovation, and inclusivity are key to a stronger future. Through a deep commitment to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education, community engagement, and outreach to underserved populations, we strive to empower the next generation of thinkers, leaders, and changemakers.

We envision a future where every individual, regardless of background, has access to the tools, mentorship, and opportunities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. By partnering with local schools, businesses, and civic organizations, the FISTA Foundation is not only investing in students but also enriching the communities they call home.

From providing hands on STEM learning experiences to leading community improvement initiatives, our work is centered on removing barriers and building inclusive pathways to success. We are proud to support scholarships that reflect our core values: education, equity, and empowerment.

To enforce our commitment to helping students across Comanche County the FISTA Foundation will award several scholarships annually. The Scholarship application period will run from October 1st – February 15 th . The applications will be reviewed and awarded following that period. Our Scholarship Luncheon in April is where the student receiving their scholarship will be awarded and recognized. The scholarship will be a one-time award.

The eligibility requirements will be as follows:

• Graduating high school seniors from Comanche County, Oklahoma
• Must have a 2.5GPA or higher
• Financial needs are considered
